Since starting on Anovite's products 6 months ago, I have lost 20 pounds! I started out by taking my absolute favorite products, Colostrum, LimuZ, and Oxyquest. I was doing these to heal my IBS/Leaky Gut and improve overall health. I have seen incredible results with them, but one of the added benefits that I wasn't even aiming for was weight loss. Without doing anything different, I lost my first 10 pounds just by taking these products for a few months! Over the past month, I added in the Lepti-Trim weight loss products and Flex6 and lost 10 pounds in 30 days and it was fun and easy! Keep reading to learn how you can succeed with this this too!
Anovite offers amazing discounts when you purchase a large pack of products together for $299. This saves the customer $150+ on products and is a great way to get started! It's such a good deal, they only allow one $299 pack per customer. These packs are the Power Pack, the Weight Management Pack, and the Lifestyle Pack. To let you in on a little secret, associates earn a $300 bonus for every 2 packs sold in a month! This is an amazing perk to selling Anovite! (More to come on this in a future post if you're interested in becoming an associate.) As an associate, I earned enough money to put towards a weight management pack and I was very pleased with the results I got!
I know with weight loss, there is no magic pill for amazing results but these products absolutely helped to provide my body with the nutrition it needed, curb my appetite, block carbohydrates, and balance hormones to aid in weight loss. I knew to get great results I also needed to get some exercise and watch what I was eating. Below is the 3 steps I took to lose 10 pounds in 30 days.
1.) 5-10 minute work out every day plus a few extra walks.
I have never loved exercise and as a mom of toddlers I have not made time for it because it sounds overwhelming. I am so happy that I started this daily habit and am going to continue with it because it's something I can manage, and my kids have fun with it too! With taking the Flex6, it maximizes my results in building muscle and in just one month I am looking and feeling so much more toned than ever before! I just searched on Pinterest for some simple at home/no equipment exercises and picked some for legs, abs, and arms and just did those every day for 5-10 minutes. Simple, and so rewarding!
2.) Watching my Diet
With my weight and size, I need about 1,200 - 1,300 calories a day. With the supplements and meal replacement shake, I was getting about 350 calories a day. For lunch I had a high protein/low-carb 300 calorie meal, and for dinner, I had a high-protein/low-carb 600 calorie meal. If I was ever desperate for a snack, I had a few almonds or colostrum chewables (it's like eating candy)! Generally, I did not go hungry though, when I started to feel hungry, it was either meal time, or time for more supplements and I always felt satisfied after eating what my diet allowed. I did stall in the middle of my weight loss journey and I learned that I was not getting enough protein. I just started being more conscious about my protein intake and aiming for at least 100 grams a day, and the numbers on the scale started dropping again!
3.) Anovite's Weight Management Pack
I used all of the products in the weight management pack and this is what I recommend, however, these products can all be purchased individually as well and my customers do get a discount. You also get an additional discount and money back in gift certificates if you put the products on smart-ship.
Here the supplement schedule I did:
7:00 am - 3 Colostrum Capsules on an empty stomach
2 Lepti-Trim Capsules
1 sachet of LimuZ
7:30 am - Lepti-Trim Meal Replacement Shake with Unsweeted Almond Milk
+ Add 1 TBS Colostrum Powder to shake (The weight management pack comes with a small container of powder, so I would either cut this down to 1 tsp of powder or purchase a 6.5 oz container of powder.)
Note: The instructions say 2 scoops of powder but this will only last you 15 days. To make it stretch, I used 1 scoop of the chocolate shake + 2 TBS of PB2 Powder from the grocery store. It lasted 30 days doing this and it tastes amazing with the peanut butter powder!! There's a vanilla flavor as well that some people will add fruit to. I also know of people on a more intense weight loss plan that do the meal replacement shake for breakfast and lunch.
10:00 am - 2 Lepti-Trim Capsules
3 Flex6 Capsules
12:00 pm - 300 Calorie High Protein/ Low Carb Lunch
3:00 pm - 2 Lepti-Trim Capsules
3 Flex6 Capsules
2 Colostrum Capsules (Note: You will need an extra bottle if you take these in the afternoon. One bottle is a one month supply of the maintenance dose of 3 capsules/2 times a day. I like to take an extra afternoon dose. This is pure whole food nutrition and it's impossible to overdose on it. The more you take, the greater your results will be!)
5:00 pm - 600 Calorie High Protein/Low Carb Dinner
2 Colostrum Pineapple or Strawberry Chewables for dessert
9:30 pm - 3 Colostrum Capsules
1 scoop of Lepti-Trim Nighttime Powder - Lose inches in your sleep!
Optional: 1 Sachet of LimuZ - (You would need to purchase an extra bag to have enough for 2 LimuZ's a day. Some people love taking 2 a day and I totally would if money would allow. Taking this in the morning jumpstarts the mind, organs, metabolism, and is great for energy (and immunity) but another favorite benefit of this is the deep sleep you get taking it right before bed. You will get amazing sleep taking this on your way to bed! I do this occasionally and totally can feel the difference!)
Minimum of 8 glasses of water in a day + 10 drops of Oxyquest per glass of water! This is liquidized oxygen and it will put more oxygen into your blood stream. It is a mega hydrator!
Yes, I will acknowledge that this schedule is a little intense but I promise you, it works! As an associate, it is my job and my passion to help you succeed! Reach out with questions and we can make this journey easy for you! I would love to help you on your journey to weight loss and better health! It is why I do what I do!
